Sources, freshness and usage rights
Helix identifies the provider or source family and collection time available in its store. A timestamp or source link is provenance metadata; it is not a representation that the underlying data can be commercially redistributed.
Important distinction. Public access, free access, delayed delivery, attribution and derived-data status are separate from contractual display, caching, commercial-use and API-redistribution rights. Rights can vary by series, instrument, plan and use. Where repository evidence is absent, Helix says so instead of claiming a licence.
